1iee Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the 1iee platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, a corporate entity or any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee of 1iee or any affiliated organisation, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

1iee reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. This includes government-issued national identity documents, passport copies or other documentation deemed sufficient to confirm your age and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of our compliance team may be suspended pending review. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed permanently and any balance on the account will be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on the 1iee platform. Opening more than one account, whether under your own name, a different name, or through another person's details, constitutes a breach of these terms. All accounts connected to the same individual may be suspended and any bonus balances voided.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. This includes your full name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, your date of birth and a contact number. Providing false or incomplete information at the point of registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details. 1iee will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify us immediately through the platform's support channels. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account until you have formally reported a security concern.

• Do not share your account login with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Account details including your registered name and date of birth cannot be changed once submitted, as these are tied to identity verification. Your email address and contact number can be updated through your account settings subject to re-verification.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 1iee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Deposits are processed promptly after submission. Processing times for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. 1iee does not charge a deposit fee on its end; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed back through the same PKR channels used for depositing wherever possible. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into your account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of the request.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 1iee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if our compliance team deems it necessary.

If a deposit is made and you subsequently request a reversal before wagering has taken place, 1iee will process the reversal minus any applicable transaction fees. Chargebacks initiated through your bank or card provider without first contacting 1iee support are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed in full before you opt in.

The following conditions apply to all bonuses on 1iee unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must wager before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are shown on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and any winnings accumulated from them are removed from your account automatically.

Winnings from free spins form part of the bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering is complete. 5. Sports Betting Rules

The 1iee sports betting section covers Cricket, Football, Esports and other sports. Cricket markets include Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches. All bets are accepted in PKR.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on 1iee:

• Bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent movement in the market.
• Bets can only be placed on markets that are open for wagering. Once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets can be accepted.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type as shown in the betting rules section within the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out. If one selection is voided, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections carry through at adjusted odds.
• Live in-play betting is subject to a brief delay to allow for data verification. Bets placed during this window are accepted at the operator's discretion.

1iee reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error or information not publicly available at the time of bet placement. If a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance in full.

Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, engage in arbitrage across accounts or use automated betting software is a breach of these terms and will result in the voiding of related bets and potential account suspension.

If the disconnection was on the platform's end, any affected stake will be returned to your account. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

1iee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The registration information provided is false, incomplete or misleading.
• The player is operating more than one account on the platform.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, money laundering or any form of deceptive activity has taken place or is suspected.
• A chargeback has been raised against a deposit made to the account.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. The investigation will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. By using the platform you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the platform's internal complaints process.
